Policy and Scheduling

Your privacy and comfort are of the most import to me. To that end, I will never buy, sell, or trade any information provided to me by you. 

In addition, any forms you fill out, or any documentation concerning your visit is is protected in accordance with HIPPA regulations. 

To book an appointment, I do require a credit card number to reserve your appointment. If you no show for your appointment, you will be charged a $15 fee. I do understand that life does happen however, so that fee may be waived on a case by case basis.

If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, you will have the option of receiving the remainder of your time at the full scheduled rate, or rescheduling for a $15 reschedule fee. 

Three no shows will result in a requirement for a non refundable prepayment for the entire cost of your next visit.

i do also reserve the right to cancel or terminate the service if necessary. Should that happen, we will discuss your options together.
